50ml Bulleit Bourbon

70ml Club Soda

1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Build in an ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  2. Stir gently to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Lime Wedge.

18 g per serve
