Take this southern sipper for a spin! Bulleit Bourbon with Lime, Pineapple, Mint and served shaken over Ice - it's sweet n' sour with plenty of spice!

Ingredients

50ml Bulleit Bourbon

25ml Lime Juice

25ml Mint Syrup

25ml Pineapple syrup

1 Sprig Mint (Garnish)

2 Orange Wheels (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  3. Add 10ml of Soda Water.

  4. Garnish with an Orange Wheel and Mint Sprig.
