50ml Bulleit Rye

50ml Pineapple juice

100ml Ale

1 Pineapple wedge

5 Cubed ice

1 Highball glass

method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a Highball glass full with ice

  2. Stir to mix, garnish and serve.
