Butternut Pumpkin Salt

Ingredients
500ml butternut pumpkin juice
500gm flake salt
method
Combine all ingredients, lay on a flat tray to dry out
Dry out in a warm place, or dehydrator if possible
When completely dry, lightly mix till you get your desired texture
Store in an airtight container
