Ingredients

50ml Cacique 500 Rum

5 Lime Wedges

15ml Sugar syrup

10 Mint leaves

1 Sprig of Mint (Garnish)

1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Highball Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Muddler

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Muddle Four Lime Wedges in the bottom of a Highball Glass.

  2. Add all other ingredients.

  3. Fill halfway with Crushed Ice and churn.

  4. Add a Splash of Soda and top with Crushed Ice.

  5. Garnish with a Fresh Mint Sprig and the last Lime Wedge.
