Cantarito
A classic Jalisco tequila cocktail with refreshing orange, lemon, and lime, served in a traditional clay cup called a jarrito de barro.

Ingredients
50ml Don Julio Tequila Blanco
20ml Fresh lime juice
30ml Fresh orange juice
30ml Fresh grapefruit juice
1 Dash of grapefruit soda
Equipment
1 Jarrito de barro (clay cup)
method
Prepare a clay cantarito cup by soaking in cold water for about 10 minutes.
Add the tequila, fruit juices, and some salt into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into chilled cantarito cup (or a Collins glass) over fresh ice.
Top with grapefruit soda and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Alcohol content: 12g per serve.
