25ml Baileys Original

12.5ml Smirnoff No.21 Vodka

12.5ml Amaretto

1 Cherry (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Cherry.
