50ml Ciroc Coconut

20ml Simple Syrup

2 Dashes of Orange Bitters

100ml Grapefruit Juice

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

1  Lighter

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass
