50ml Ciroc Vodka

25ml Lemon juice

2 Fresh basil Leaves

1 Lemon Zest (Garnish)

2 Fresh Basil Leaves (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

1 Lighter

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  3. Garnish with Lemon Zest and Two Basil Leaves.
