50ml Ciroc Vodka

3 Dashes of Vanilla Bitters

10ml Soda Water

1 Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Build in an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  2. Stir gently to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge.
