Ciroc Porn Star Martini

37.5ml Ciroc Vanilla

12.5ml Passionfruit Liqueur

12.5ml Vanilla syrup

12.5ml Lime juice

50ml Passion Fruit puree

50ml Champagne

0.5 Passion Fruit (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Shot Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

method

Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish with half a Passion Fruit.
Serve with a Shot Glass of chilled Champagne to the side.
