Ciroc Spring Spice

A pop of heat from jalapeͱo balanced by basil, celery bitters, fresh lime juice and simple syrup. Cîroc Red Berry adds yet another dimension producing a cocktail that is discerning and unique.

Ingredients

50ml Ciroc Red Berry

25ml Lime juice

5ml Simple syrup

5 Basil leaves

1 Wheel sliced jalapeño

3 Dashes of celery bitters

1 Basil Leaf (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Muddler

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Muddle the Basil and Jalapeño in the bottom of a Mixing Tin.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the Mixing Tin.

  3. Shake with Ice.

  4. Fine strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  5. Garnish with a Basil Leaf.
