15ml Elderflower liqueur
10ml Lime juice
75ml Soda
1 Cherry (Garnish)

1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthrone Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.
Garnish with a Cherry.
