25ml Baileys Coffee Irish Cream Liqueur

15ml Bulleit Bourbon

10ml Orange liqueur

10ml Honey syrup

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Rocks Glass.

  3. Garnish with an Orange Peel.
