Dove Tail

A zesty and refreshing cocktail blending Don Julio Blanco with maraschino, grapefruit, lemon juice, and Peychaud’s bitters.

Ingredients

45ml Don Julio Blanco

15ml Maraschino

30ml Grapefruit juice

15ml Fresh lemon juice

2 Dashes of Peychaud’s bitters

Equipment

1 Boston shaker

1 Coup glass

method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a Boston shaker. 

  2. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coup glass. 

  3. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
