Ingredients

45ml Gordon’s Gin

5ml Mezcal

30ml Fresh lime juice

15ml Simple syrup

2 Cucumber slices

1 Basil leaves

Equipment

1 Coupette Glass

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Muddler

method

  1. Muddle two cucumber slices and basil in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.

  2. Add all ingredients, fill the shaker with ice.

  3. Shake the cocktail and double strain into the Coupette.

  4. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf.

Alcohol content: 15g per serve.
