El Taco Rojo Cocktail Recipe
Created by WORLD CLASS WINNER Jennifer Le Nechet, this cocktail uses ingredients that mimic those of a freshly made Mexican taco.

Ingredients
60ml Don Julio infused with grilled corn
25ml Red bell pepper shrub
60ml Homemade soda
1To cover rim Salt and spice mix
Equipment
1 Shaker
1 Ice scoop
method
Place all of the ingredients, 60ml Don Julio Tequila, 25ml Red bell pepper shrub, 60ml homemade soda together.
Shake together.
Pour all the ingredients into glass of choice.
Cover the rim of the glass with salt and spices and serve.
Alcohol content:1.9 Units per serve.
