Envy Me Cocktail Recipe

Created by WORLD CLASS competition finalist, Nick Wu, this cocktail was well ahead of its time in 2016 highlighting lesser used ingredients and flavours with Eastern origins.

Ingredients

  • 55ml

    Tanqueray No. TEN

  • 5ml

    Amber vermouth

  • 20ml

    Homemade Green Soy Bean Syrup

  • 15ml

    Lime juice

  • 20ml

    Egg white

0 units of alcohol per serve

Method

  • Method
    1. Add all ingredients into a shaker, shake with ice and strain. 
    2. Garnish with a green soy bean. 
    3. Pour into a coupe glass. 

      *Instead of using green soy beans in its original form, I make the green soy beans into a syrup, so the cocktail is easier to make and it can keep longer.

    2.2 Units per serve.
