Evan's Christmas Bramble

Ingredients
40ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
2.5ml Pastis
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
4 Pitted Local Cherries
Equipment
1 Muddler
1 Frozen Rocks Glass
1 Shaker
method
Muddle cherries into the base of a frozen rocks glass. Add all other ingredients to a shaker and briefly shake with four cubes. Dump contents of shaker into the rocks glass and top with crushed ice. Garnish with cherries & herbs.
Note: If Pastis is unavailable substitute it for Absinthe and increase the sugar syrup to 20ml
