A fun, Baileys Milkshake twist on the classic Afogatto.

Ingredients

50ml Baileys Original

50ml Chilled Espresso

3 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

125ml Milk

1  Chocolate Sauce (Garnish)

1 Whipped Cream (Garnish)

1 White and Dark Chocolate Sprinkles (Garnish)

1.6 Baileys Cheesecake Brownie (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Mason Jar

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Bar Spoon

1 Muddler

1 Blender

1  Ice Cream Scoop

method

  1. Coat the rim of a Mason Jar with Chocolate Sauce and dip it in Sprinkles.

  2. Blend the Baileys, Two Scoops of Ice Cream and half the Milk together, while

  3. Pour the shake into the jar and add another Scoop of Ice Cream.

  4. Add a swirl of Whipped Cream and the Brownie, then drizzle with more sauce.

  5. Finish with Chocolate Sprinkles, a Straw and Two Spoons.
