35ml Seedlip Grove 42
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
100ml Kombucha
1 Lemon Peel (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Champagne Flute
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthrone Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the ingredients, except for the Kombucha, with Ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Champagne Flute.
Top with the Kombucha.
Garnish with a Lemon Peel.
