25ml Spiced quince wine

25ml Matured pear wine

25ml Fresh lime juice

10ml Ron Zacapa

10ml Runny honey

10ml Falernum

method

  • Build all ingredients in highball glass

  • Add crushed ice and swizzle for dilution

  • Top cocktail with extra crushed ice

Garnish with a sprig of mint
