25ml Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky

150ml Apple Cider

1 Dash of Bitters

1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1  Highball Glass

1 Bar Spoon

1 Tongs

method

  1. Add ingredients to a Rocks Glass filled with Cubed Ice.

  2. Stir to combine.

  3. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
