Talisker 10 year old is paired with the classic flavours of Gazpacho in this delicious twist on a bloody mary.

Ingredients
50ml Talisker 10-Year-Old
100ml Tomato Juice
10ml Lime Juice
1 Pinch of celery salt
1 Pinch of Garlic Salt
5 cm Long Cucumber Baton
0.5 Red Pepper Side
0.5 Green Pepper Side
1 Cucumber Slice (Garnish)
1 Red Pepper Slice (Garnish)
1 Green Pepper Slice (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Rocks glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
1 Muddler
1 Cocktail Shaker
method
Add the Cucumber and Peppers to a Cocktail Shaker and muddle.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker, add Ice and gently roll to mix.
Strain into a chilled Highball Glass.
Garnish with the remaining Peppers and Cucumber.
