GLITTERING FROZEN UBE HIGHBALL

A majestic serve offering a unique spread of colour, sparkle and flavour. Ube’s vanilla, nutty, and tropical flavours play beautifully with the notes of stone fruit, salinity, and signature smoke as found in Johnnie Walker.

Ingredients

60ml Johnnie Walker Black Label

90ml Soda water

1 Ube, eucalyptus and coconut water ice cubes*

1 Lemon coin (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Collins glass (Chilled)

1 A straw (Garnish)

method

  • Add ube, eucalyptus and coconut water ice cubes, to a Collins glass.  

  • Add Johnnie Walker Black Label. 

  • Top with soda water. 

  • Gently lift ice up and down with a bar spoon to incorporate. 

*Ube and coconut water ice cubes:

  • To a clean container, add the fine strained coconut water, ube extract, eucalyptus essential oil, and a light sprinkle of edible glitter.  

  • Stir to incorporate, then pour into an ice cube tray.  

  • Allow it to infuse in the freezer.
