50ml Johnnie Walker Gold Label Blended Scotch Whisky

25ml Blueberry Puree

15ml Simple Syrup

15ml Fresh Lemon Juice

1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

  2. Strain into an Ice-filled Highball Glass.

  3. Garnish with a Lemon Twist.
