A pink twist on a classic martini, bursting with the sweetness of berries with Gordon's Premium Pink.

Ingredients
50ml Gordon's Premium Pink Distilled Gin
25ml Lemon
25ml Sugar (or Raspberry) Syrup
1 Egg white (optional)
3 Raspberries
Equipment
1 Martini Glass
method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, Gordon's Premium Pink, Lemon Juice, your chosen Syrup and 1 egg white (optional)
Shake.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with raspberries.
