50ml Gordon’s Sicilian Lemon
25ml Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
12.5ml Cointreau
1 Lemon peel
Equipment
1 Martini glass
method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, Gordon's Sicillian Lemon, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and Cointreau.
Shake.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
