35ml Gordon’s LD

90ml Apple Juice

10ml Lemon Juice

12ml Honey

1Dash Angostura Bitter

30ml Hot Water

1 Cinnamon, Cloves and Star Anise for taste

1 Apple Slice

  1. Heat all ingredients

  2. Strain into a mug

  3. Garnish with apple slices
