The 0.0% version of a classic (gin) fizz with a herbal touch, combining Gordon’s 0.0% with lemon and rosemary.

50ml Gordon’s 0.0%
25ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
1 Sparkling water
1 Rosemary sprig
1 Slice of lemon
Equipment
1 Large wine glass (cabernet, tulip)
method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, Gordon’s 0.0%, Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup.
Shake.
Strain into a wine glass with ice.
Garnish with a wedge of lemon and a rosemary sprig.
