Ingredients

50ml Gordon's Gin

25ml Lemon Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

30ml Champagne

1 Marachino Cherry (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Champagne Flute

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients except the Champagne with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a Champagne Flute.

  3. Top with Champagne.

  4. Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry.
