  • 25ml

    Pineapple Juice

  • 25ml

    Sugar (or Vanilla) Syrup

    Egg White (optional)

    Half of a Passionfruit

Method

  • Method
    1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, Gordon’s Tropical Passionfruit, Pineapple Juice, your chosen Syrup and 1 egg white (optional)
    2. Shake.
    3. Strain into a martini glass.
    4. Garnish with half a Passionfruit.
