Bursting with sweet and zingy flavours for a tropical take on the classic martini.

Ingredients
50ml Gordon’s Tropical Passionfruit
25ml Pineapple Juice
25ml Sugar (or Vanilla) Syrup
1 Egg White (optional)
1 Half of a Passionfruit
Equipment
1 Coupe/rounded martini glass
method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, Gordon’s Tropical Passionfruit, Pineapple Juice, your chosen Syrup and 1 egg white (optional)
Shake.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with half a Passionfruit.
