50ml Gordon's Pink

40ml Cranberry Juice

20ml Ginger Syrup

140ml Hot Water

1 Raspberry

1 Star Anise

1 Gin Balloon

method

1. Pour the Gordon’s Pink into a gin balloon

2. Stir in the Cranberry Juice, Ginger Syrup and Hot Water

3. Garnish with the Raspberry at Star Anise
