Green Goddess Smoothie
This one is for you, the bartenders, managers and owners. Take 15mins out of the daily schedule to re-energise with this green smoothie, packed with goodness.

Ingredients
1 Green Apple (cored and peeled)
0.5 Lemon (peeled)
0.5 Cucumber
1 Handful Spinach
1 Handful Kale
1 Celery stalks
50ml Coconut water (optional)
Equipment
1 Blender
1 Tumbler
method
Place the apple, lemon, cucumber, spinach, kale and celery into the blender.
Blend until smooth and pour into tumbler glass.
Optional: Top up with coconut water.
