35ml Smirnoff Melon
50ml Cantaloupe Purée
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Melon Liqueur
2 Melon Balls (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Martini Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthrone Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake the first three liquid ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Pour the Melon Liqueur in the centre of the glass.
Garnish with Two Melon Balls on a Fruit Stick.
