A Tiki-style punch blending the rich, aromatic notes of Ron Zacapa with zesty fresh lime, tropical pineapple and delicate peach liqueur alongside coffee liqueur, orgeat and bitters! Big, bold and delicious.

Ingredients

40ml RON ZACAPA 23

25ml Lime juice

20ml Crème de pêche

20ml Pineapple juice

15ml Orgeat syrup

3 Dashes aromatic bitters

5ml Coffee liqueur

Equipment

1 Shaker

1 Strainer

1 Hurricane Glass or tiki mug

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients over ice

  2. Strain into a hurricane glass or bamboo tiki mug over fresh crushed ice.

  3. Garnish with pineapple leaves and wedges, lime shells, umbrellas, pink flamingos.
