Whisky and Soda Water is brought up to date with Aromatic Bitters to suit every Haig Club drinker.

50ml Haig Club Whisky
100ml Soda Water
2 Dashes of Bitters (Ginger, Orange Blosom Water or Rosewater)
1 Lemon Wedge (Garnish)
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)

1 Highball Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Add all ingredients to a Highball Glass.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a Lemon Wedge and Mint Sprig.
