Hand in Hand (750ml Bottled Cocktail Recipe)

Crisp Ketel One Vodka and aromatic Belsazar Rose Vermouth carefully combined with strawberry oleo sacharum, verjus and whey. Finished with gently carbonated water to create a soft, delicate, layered cocktail, with a flavour reminiscent of autumn fruits!

To create a single serve, measure 125ml into a tumbler full of ice, garnish with a slice of homemade fruit leather and serve.

Ingredients

120ml  Ketel One Vodka

210ml Belsazar Rose

90ml strawberry oleo

90ml verjuice

90ml whey

150ml dilution

1 oil filter

1 bottle

method

How to: Oleo

  • 250gm strawberry

  • 250gm sugar

Emulsify overnight, strain

How to: Whey

  • 3 litre milk

  • 1.5tsp citric acid

Bring milk to boil, take of heat and stir in citric

Strain through oil filter

Treat whey like citrus to clarify in spinzall
