Hibiscus Spritz

This Don Julio Blanco spritz is a fun, modernised serve that reminds us of Southern California.  Beautifully floral and lightly tart, the hibiscus adds a vibrant red hue and a delicate tangy sweetness.

Ingredients

30ml Don Julio Blanco 

15ml Hibiscus syrup

10ml Lime juice

60ml Sparkling wine

1 Top with soda water 

1 Lime wheel for garnish

Equipment

1 Wine glass or rocks glass

method

  • Build all ingredients in a glass and fill with cubed ice. 

  • Garnish with a lime wheel.

Alcohol content: Approx 1.5 Std Drinks
