Hot Gin Toddy
Tanqueray is mixed hot with honey and lemon in this delicious warming classic.



Serves:
Ingredients
50ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
25ml Lemon juice
15ml Honey
1 Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
1 Pinch Ginger Powder
1 Pinch Nutmeg Powder
2 Cloves
100ml Boiling Water
1 Cinnamon Stick (Garnish)
1 Star Anise (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Latte glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Add all the ingredients to a pre-warmed Latte Glass.
Stir to mix.
Garnish with Cinnamon Stick and a Star Anise.
