Johnnie Walker Red Label mulled with ginger, orange and a touch of rosemary creates a wonderful warm cocktail, which highlights the spices and richness of the Scotch within.

50ml Boiling water
25ml Ginger syrup
2 Strips orange peel
2 Dashes orange bitters
1 Sprig of Rosemary (Garnish)
2 Strips of Orange Peel (Garnish)

method
Add all the ingredients to a heat-proof glass.
Stir slowly to combine.
Garnish with Rosemary Sprig and Orange Peel Strips.
