Strawberry shortcake never tasted so good! A muddled blend of fresh strawberries and Smirnoff Iced Cake chilled with lemonade and amaretto liqueur. Served straight up...you'll definitely want seconds!

Ingredients

3 Fresh strawberries

50ml Smirnoff Iced Cake

50ml Still Lemonade

15ml Amaretto liqueur

1 Strawberry (Garnish)

1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Coupe Glass

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

1 Muddler

method

  1. Muddle the Strawberries and Vodka in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with Ice.

  3. Fine strain into a Coupe Glass.

  4. Garnish with a strawberry and lemon twist
