100ml Cranberry juice
5ml Lemon Juice
1 Lemon Peel Twist (Garnish)

1 Hawthrone Strainer
1 Fine Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish with a Lemon Peel Twist.
