25ml Captain Morgan White Rum

10ml Ginger Liqueur

10ml Amaretto Liqueur

25ml Orange Juice

15ml Orgeat Syrup

10ml Lime Juice

1 Orange Peel Twist (Garnish)

Equipment

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the liquid ingredients with Ice.

  2. Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.

  3. Garnish with an Orange Peel Twist.
