35ml Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve
15ml Ginger Syrup
150ml Soda Water
1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

1 Rocks Glass
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Bar Spoon
1 Tongs
method
Add all the ingredients to an Ice-filled Highball Glass.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a Lemon Twist.

Whilst an exact recipe for the Spritz is difficult to ascertain, bartenders often gave recipes using words like ‘Splash of’ as opposed to quantities. This was considered the norm for the original Spritz to be equal parts wine and carbonated water.
