50ml Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve

30ml Fresh lemon juice

10ml Egg White

10ml Sugar syrup

Equipment

1 Rocks Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthrone Strainer

1 Tongs

method

  1. Shake all the ingredients with Ice.

  2. Strain into a Rocks Glass filled with Ice.
