Ketel Cucumber
An exotic fusion of East meets West! Ketel One Original Vodka mixed with Ginger Liqueur, Cucumber Juice and Lemongrass Syrup that's served shaken on the rocks - this burst of flavours will wow your palate!

Ingredients
35ml Ketel One Vodka
10ml Ginger Liqueur
25ml Cucumber Juice
10ml Lime Juice
15ml Lemongrass Syrup
4 Slices of Cucumber (Garnish)
1 Crystallised Ginger Coin (Garnish)
1 Lemongrass Stalk (Garnish)
Equipment
1 Ice Scoop
1 Jigger
1 Collins Glass
1 Cocktail Shaker
1 Hawthorne Strainer
1 Tongs
method
Line a Collins Glass with Cucumber Slices and Cubed Ice.
Shake all ingredients with Ice.
Strain in the ice-filled Collins Glass.
Bruise Lemongrass Stalk and stir the drink with it.
Garnish with Cucumber Slices and Ginger Coin.
