50ml Ketel One Vodka

10ml Sugar Syrup

20ml Fresh Lime Juice

20ml Pineapple Juice

2 Sprigs Rosemary with 1 Sprig for garnish

1 Pineapple Chunk (Garnish)

1 Martini Glass

1 Ice Scoop

1 Jigger

1 Cocktail Shaker

1 Hawthorne Strainer

1 Fine Strainer

1 Tongs

method

Shake all ingredients with Ice.
Fine strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish with a Rosemary Sprig and a Chunk of Pineapple.
