The velvety smooth spice, vanilla and honey notes of Johnnie Walker Blue Label, expertly blended with Lapsang Souchong tea, fresh ginger, ginger liqueur and matcha infused agave, steamed and served hot with a hint of zesty fresh lemon.

Ingredients

1 slice fresh ginger root (thumbnail sized)

2 shots Johnnie Walker Blue Label

5ml shot Ginger liqueur

5ml shot Agave nectar blended with brewed matcha tea (2:1)

3.5 shots Lapsang Souchong tea

1 shot freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 Lemon zest twist

method

Mix ingredients and then heat using steam wand from espresso machine.
