Ingredients

45ml DON JULIO BLANCO

20ml Lime juice

1 Hand full of coriander

15ml Lemongrass/kaffir lime cordial

10ml Dry curacao

1 Pinch of salt and dry ginger for garnish

Equipment

1 Shaker

1 Strainer

1 Rocks glass

method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a shaker.

  2. Double strain the mix into a rocks glass with a rim of salt and dry ginger

Alcohol content: 9.01g
